Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR1B, CYP7A1, and HMX3. Each is linked with NAT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT10-to-partner and partner-to-NAT10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B grouped by NAT10-low versus NAT10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
