Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,542 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCM1, PPP2R2A, and SH2D4A. Each is linked with NAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT1 versus PCM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
