Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, RNU6-1127P, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with NAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-340P grouped by NAT1-low versus NAT1-high in COAD.
