NARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,048 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD3_S307, ARPC2, and POLD3. Each is linked with NARS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARS2 versus POLD3_S307 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
