NARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,864 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTXR2, ALG8, and C1R. Each is linked with NARS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARS2 versus ANTXR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
