NARS2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS2 results are reported.
