Across TCGA cell cohorts, NARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,535 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Regulation of DNA stability, and Regulation of adaptive immune response. Each is linked with NARS2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS2 results are reported.
