Across TCGA cell cohorts, NARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-4, FAM205A, and NDP. Each is linked with NARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARS2-to-partner and partner-to-NARS2 results are reported.
