NARF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,397 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4A3, MCM4, and MCM5. Each is linked with NARF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARF-to-partner and partner-to-NARF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARF versus EIF4A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
