Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NARF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,086 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NARF-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, BIRC5, and CBX7. Each is linked with NARF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARF-to-partner and partner-to-NARF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARF versus KIF20A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
