NARF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NARF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NARF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPS1, TBCD, and CEP131. Each is linked with NARF in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NARF-to-partner and partner-to-NARF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NARF versus GPS1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NARF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NARF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
