Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAPSB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAPSB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NAPSB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAPSB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and UCEC are the cancer types where NAPSB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
