Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPSB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, NFATC2, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with NAPSB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPSB-to-partner and partner-to-NAPSB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPSB versus HCLS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
