Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPSA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR15L, GGTLC2, and COL4A3. Each is linked with NAPSA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPSA-to-partner and partner-to-NAPSA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPSA versus PRR15L in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
