NAPRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,105 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Voluntary musculoskeletal movement, Negative regulation of androgen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of translational initiation by eIF2 alpha phosphorylation. Each is linked with NAPRT in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPRT-to-partner and partner-to-NAPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Voluntary musculoskeletal movement grouped by NAPRT-low versus NAPRT-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
