NAPRT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,984 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH6, GFUS, and CAVIN4. Each is linked with NAPRT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPRT-to-partner and partner-to-NAPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPRT versus MROH6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
