Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyridine nucleotide salvage, NAD+ biosynthetic process via the salvage pathway, and Nicotinamide nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NAPRT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPRT-to-partner and partner-to-NAPRT results are reported.
