NAPGP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPGP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPGP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA2P1, LINC00362, and SLC16A1P1. Each is linked with NAPGP2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPGP2-to-partner and partner-to-NAPGP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPGP2 versus SPATA2P1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
