Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,793 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly, and Negative regulation of binding. Each is linked with NAPGP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPGP1-to-partner and partner-to-NAPGP1 results are reported.
