Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAPG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAPG data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NAPG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAPG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and UCS are the cancer types where NAPG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
