Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP14, VAPA, and MTCL1_S1514. Each is linked with NAPG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NAPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPG versus USP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
