Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,585 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAPA, MYL12B, and RALBP1. Each is linked with NAPG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NAPG results are reported.
