Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2D3P4, RN7SL98P, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with NAPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NAPG results are reported.
