Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAPG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,052 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT18, RINT1, and KAT6B. Each is linked with NAPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NAPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT18 grouped by NAPG-low versus NAPG-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
