NAPEPLD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPEPLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,116 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPEPLD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMC10, GTF2I, and MDH2. Each is linked with NAPEPLD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPEPLD-to-partner and partner-to-NAPEPLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPEPLD versus ARMC10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPEPLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPEPLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
