Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPEPLD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,756 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPEPLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2-AS1, CLIC5, and MGAT3. Each is linked with NAPEPLD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPEPLD-to-partner and partner-to-NAPEPLD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPEPLD versus ARHGEF2-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPEPLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPEPLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
