NAPEPLD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPEPLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPEPLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf25, CXCL13, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with NAPEPLD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPEPLD-to-partner and partner-to-NAPEPLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf25 grouped by NAPEPLD-low versus NAPEPLD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPEPLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPEPLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
