Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAPEPLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,087 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPEPLD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Host-mediated modulation of intestinal microbiota composition, and Phosphatidylethanolamine metabolic process. Each is linked with NAPEPLD in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPEPLD-to-partner and partner-to-NAPEPLD results are reported.
