Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAPB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAPB data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher NAPB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAPB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
GBM, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where NAPB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
