Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,285 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINDY4, RUNDC3A, and LATS1. Each is linked with NAPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPB-to-partner and partner-to-NAPB results are reported.
