NAPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, POM121C, and DCP1A. Each is linked with NAPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPB-to-partner and partner-to-NAPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by NAPB-low versus NAPB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
