Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAPB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with NAPB in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPB-to-partner and partner-to-NAPB results are reported.
