Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,563 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP35, NFIA, and PLOD1. Each is linked with NAPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAPA versus ARHGAP35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
