Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAP1L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,704 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAP1L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Paracellular transport. Each is linked with NAP1L5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L5-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by NAP1L5-low versus NAP1L5-high in PANCREAS.
