Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAP1L4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAP1L4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NAP1L4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAP1L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where NAP1L4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
