Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAP1L4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAP1L4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NAP1L4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAP1L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where NAP1L4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
