NAP1L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAP1L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,067 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAP1L3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, SSC5D, and THBS3. Each is linked with NAP1L3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L3-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAP1L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAP1L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
