Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAP1L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,813 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAP1L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Action potential, Regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential, and Chloride transmembrane transport. Each is linked with NAP1L3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L3-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L3 results are reported.
