Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAP1L1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAP1L1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher NAP1L1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAP1L1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCS, and ACC are the cancer types where NAP1L1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
