NAP1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAP1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,437 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAP1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCLAF1, ADNP, and SEC24A. Each is linked with NAP1L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
