NAP1L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAP1L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,462 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAP1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, DENR, and FAM72A. Each is linked with NAP1L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
