NAP1L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAP1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAP1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1BP6, CYCSP46, and RN7SKP85. Each is linked with NAP1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-NAP1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
