NANS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,501 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO2A, SEC16A, and MRRF. Each is linked with NANS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANS-to-partner and partner-to-NANS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NANS versus CORO2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
