Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NANS-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, CORO2A, and ALG2. Each is linked with NANS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANS-to-partner and partner-to-NANS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NANS versus XBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
