Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NANP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NANP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NANP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where NANP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
