Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NANP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUPR2, MS4A18, and ADAM7. Each is linked with NANP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANP-to-partner and partner-to-NANP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUPR2 grouped by NANP-low versus NANP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
