NANOS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,488 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREX1_S1256, RABGAP1_S56, and HSDL1. Each is linked with NANOS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NANOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
