Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GAPDH, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with NANOS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NANOS1 results are reported.
