Across TCGA cell cohorts, NANOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, KRTAP12-3, and OR10W1. Each is linked with NANOS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NANOS1 results are reported.
