Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NANOGP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NANOGP7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NANOGP7 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANOGP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where NANOGP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
